QUALITY CONTROL & QUALITY ASSURANCE
We produce a wide range of life saving drugs. The manufacturing processes are strictly adhered to the Standard Operating Procedures of Quality Control and Quality Assurance.

QUALITY ASSURANCE:
T.Walker's have in stong "Quality Assurance Department" to ensure quality of each & every Raw Material and Finished Product. Quality Assurance and Quality Control tests are conducted at each and every step of the processes as per the required procedures and standards. We have set up new technologies and equipments to incorporate the latest developments in the manufacturing.

Following activities are routinely performed by the QA department:

• Records of manufacturing and packing procedures
• Validation & Calibration
• Documentation control
• WHO GMP compliance
• In process Quality Control during manufacturing

QUALITY CONTROL:
The QC department is well equipped with all necessary instruments for analysis of raw material, Semi-finished products, finished products and packaging materials. In the QC laboratory the specifications, standardization, methods and procedures are developed as per GMP guidelines ensuring that all products are pure, safe and effective.
